Parent Portal

Kindermusik of College Station-Bryan uses the Jackrabbit system for families to access registrations, absences, makeups, and billing information. To log in to the Jackrabbit Parent Portal, click here:

Your tuition includes access to a wealth of developmental information, along with ALL the music used in class and activities to enjoy with your child. Using these tools will enhance what your child is learning each week!

The music and stories are organized by Unit, which change in class every 4-5 weeks. The current Unit is announced in class, posted on the studio message board, and on our Facebook page.

Absences and Makeups

Makeup classes are available within the session for Foundations, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and Mixed Ages classes. Scheduling is based on availability and not guaranteed. Please submit absences in the Parent Portal in advance so your seat can be made available for another family.

Class Changes or Withdrawls

Need to change your class time, move to the next level, or withdraw? Contact our Administrative Assistant, Emily, at emily@kindermusikofcollegestation.com.

Children advancing to the next level can move up without a transfer fee.

Withdrawal notices must be submitted by the 15th of the month. Late notices (after the 15th) will incur a $25 fee.
